A team of experts of EAEVE (EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF ESTABLISHMENTS FOR VETERINARY EDUCATION) was working with FVM from November7-11, 2016 and again on October 15-16, 2019. The purpose of the visit was to verify the compliance of the second level professional study program "Veterinary Medicine" implemented by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine with the EU Regulation 2005/36 EC on regulated professions.

As a result, during the ECOVE (European Commission for Veterinary Education) meeting on December 11, 2019, it was decided to grant the LBTU Faculty of Veterinary Medicine an EAEVE accreditation until 2026.
